1. Are the shirts authentic?

All of our shirts are carefully sourced from trusted suppliers. While many of the retro designs are no longer in production, we guarantee top-tier quality, authentic design, and excellent craftsmanship. We do not sell low-grade replicas or generic prints. Wherever possible we use the correct fonts for name and number printing, too. 


2. How do I choose the right size?

Our shirts are designed with a slim fit, particularly the retro styles, which may differ from contemporary sizing expectations. We strongly recommend selecting one size larger than your usual—for example, if you typically wear a size L, you should select an XL. 

For further guidance, please consult the size chart available on each product page or contact us directly before placing your order.


3. How long does shipping take, and will I get a tracking number?

We aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 10 business days. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number, so you can monitor your order at all times.


4. What if the item arrives damaged or I receive the wrong product?

If your item arrives damaged or you’ve received the wrong product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@retroshirtstories.com. We’ll provide you with the return instructions and ensure you get the correct item or a refund, depending on your preference. The item must be unworn, with original tags and packaging. We cannot refund 


5. Can I order a shirt as a gift?

Absolutely! Just let us know in the order notes that it's a gift, and we’ll make sure it’s packed with extra care. We can also sell gift vouchers or even arrange a mystery shirt, something completely random from our extensive collection, perfect for that surprise opening!


6. How should I wash my shirt? 

Wash inside out on a cool temperature.
